Google Image Ripper provides an alternative way of displaying image search results. Instead of a grid of cached thumbnails, it renders all real images in their full resolution.

Although it looks a bit chaotic at first, it saves you from having to click through to every image to find out what its real quality is and if the original image still exists. It is a great way to get visual inspiration about a topic, without any distractions.
